Providing good feedback to our customers is always essential for them to maintain good visibility and control over their investments.
As much as possible, we use your tools and formats to ease access to information and make sure it can be reused internally.
As a bear minimum, systematic feedback on lead generation
campaigns and on-going sales actions is provided in the form of:
- regular emails,
- weekly sales reports,
- monthly and quarterly summaries,
- and, obviously, immediate call when a new deal has
been closed.
Frequency and content of our reports are defined with our
customers to ensure smooth communication.
Reporting is also used as a tool to define future
expansions and plan for growth.
